The step by step process:
You will need to scan your image with a quality scanner. Make sure your files are high-resolution. We recommend at least 500k, and for the best results, 1MB or more. A TIFF File is also highly recommended.
*Note*
If you do not have a scanner, there are many local businesses such as FedEX Kinkos, Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, or many other paper specialized businesses that will have the best quality scanner available (you will likely need a thumb or flash drive to transfer the images).

If you have specific request please add them to the body of the email. For example: "adjust the dress color to blue" or "remove the individual on the left hand side".
Because the file will likely be rather large we recommend using google drive or zipping the file, as many e-mail platforms have a size limitation on files.

You will receive your free quote usually within 1 business day in the form of a Paypal invoice.

Once payment is received, you should receive a digital copy of the adjusted image(s) within 2-3 business days. If the damage is extensive an estimated completion date will be included in your Paypal invoice.
Prints are optional. Once you receive the digital file you are free to go to the printer of your choosing or choose a print package from us!
